Eight Experts Gather in Lion Country to Create New Guidelines for Service Quality

The 3rd Global Chinese Quality Summit was held on November 8, 2018, at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. The summit is hosted by the Global Chinese Quality Alliance and co-organized by the Hong Kong Institute of Quality and the Singapore Institute of Quality. It is committed to improving the level of Chinese quality management and promoting excellent Chinese quality culture.

With the theme of “Towards Excellent Service Quality”, this summit will focus on improving the quality of the service industry and will provide a good communication platform for the innovation and development of the service industry.

As a booming business centre, Singapore provides a unique stage for the quality progress of service and innovation, and a strong academic atmosphere has a huge impact on scientific and technological research in the field of quality.

At this summit, service quality professionals from all walks of life shared their experience in the field of service quality. TQM Director Dr Aaron TONG was invited to represent Hong Kong Quality as one of the keynote speakers.
