To pursue continuous innovation and service quality improvement, Well Born invited TQM to assist it to participate in the HKMA Quality Award.

Project Scope

  • Conduct gap analysis and identify room for improvement against   industry norms, international benchmarks and HKMA Quality Award assessment criteria
  • Benchmark operational effectiveness and performance with that of previous winners
  • Communicate with the management team on operational improvement priorities, objectives and needs
  • Customize implementation programme to meet business strategy/ organizational structure/ operation mode requirements
  • Provide training programme and practice to minimize gaps between company situation and award criteria
