Establish an international Management System for the largest exhibition and business conference organization in Hong Kong
TQM successfully assisted the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC)
- Successfully completed the establishment and implementation of multiple comprehensive management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and occupational health and safety management systems, etc.
- Provided training on awareness, improvement, and implementation of the management system to improve the management level of all employees
- Review the work process of exhibitions and business conferences, continue to implement process improvements, and continuously improve the level of the management system to reach and exceed international standards
HKTDC is a Hong Kong statutory body dedicated to creating opportunities for the Hong Kong business community and the largest exhibition organizer in Hong Kong. Since its establishment in 1966, HKTDC has been committed to exploring opportunities for Hong Kong companies and connect them with business partners around the world.
Since 1996, TQM has cooperated with the HKTDC for 25 years and has completed more than 28 Management System projects, involving important departments such as Exhibition Production Workshop, Exhibition Service Department, Administrative Management Department, and Trade Enquiry/ Business Matching Department.
