Fujikon Industrial Company Limited (Fujikon) is a sound company founded in 1982.  It is the first electro-acoustic manufacturing company listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2000. As a pursuer of continual improvement, Fujikon invited its partner TQM to provide a wide range of consultancy services.

​Project Scope

• Integrate ISO 9001 Quality Management System flow, and ensure the system’s compliance with the requirements of ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001
• Develop improvement plans to implement the “Should Be” NPD Process, organizational structure and core competence
• Equip staff with practical & professional selling, negotiation, and customer management & servicing skills necessary for boosting the sales volume and enhancing customer satisfaction
• Assist in the preparation for the participation in HK Awards for Industry

• Became the 1st company in its industry to execute an Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001)
• Reduced the total cycle time for NPD process by over 25%
• Highlighted major areas for further improvement
• Assisted in the promotion and implementation of paper-less offices in IQC
