- Provided HOKLAS and PAS55 consulting services, assisted CLP to become the first PSBG laboratory and obtain HOKLAS certification
- Evaluated the productivity, quality and delivery capabilities of strategic suppliers and assisted CLP’s strategic suppliers to ensure that the quality of power supply facilities meets the ultimate power supply reliability requirements
- Provided various professional training programs for CLP, involving international management system, corporate strategy, knowledge management and creative development training programs, etc., to continuously enhance market competitiveness and respond to market changes
- Evaluated the overhaul process, identified areas for improvement, and made reasonable suggestions for process optimization
