Establish OHS Manuals at the International Level
China Merchants Land Limited (CML) was founded in April 1997 and listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in October of the same year. It is one of the most professional and risk-resistant property developers in China.
For continuing to share brands, reputations and platforms while being better positioned in international capital markets, CML invited TQM to provide consultancy services on OHSAS 18001. Taking OHSAS 18001:2007/ ISO 45001 (DIS2) as the key link, TQM examined and analyzed its CML’s key businesses/ processes with respect to safety, then provided professional advice to make improvements. Also, TQM enhanced and created the whole set of Chinese and English OHSAS management manuals for CML internal management, property management, contractors management and operators management.

Project Scope
- Examine CML’s current OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and recommend to OHSAS 18001 manuals
- Identify unsatisfied areas on safety and recommend improvement
- Improve and create Chinese and English OHSAS manuals at the international level, which cover:
- business units and locations under the management of CML overseas development division (including apartments (hotels), construction sites, rental properties, vacant properties, idle land, property demolition, property management, parking spaces, offices, and occasions like employees travelling abroad on business/ training/ meetings, etc.)
- mainly for internal management, property management, contractors management and operators management
