Improve Process Quality for International Transport Hub

Air Macau is based in China’s southern gateway – Macau. To integrate better the different functions of its department and improve service quality, Air Macau invites TQM to implement ISO 9001 Quality Management (QMS) and Safe Management Training.

Project Scope

  • Review existing QMS to identify gaps between current practices and “should-be” practices
  • Tailor-made and implement an ISO 9001 QMS for Air Macau in the most effective way
  • Conduct awareness training courses for staff to ensure smooth implementation of QMS
  • Provide coaching sessions to train staff as internal auditors
  • Organize regular working group meetings to drive the project, review progress and resolve problems

Achievements

  • Generated a system review report and identified key processes
  • Reviewed and updated QMS documents & procedure manuals
  • Implemented changes in Air Macau’s existing QMS to comply with ISO 9001 standards and obtain ISO 9001 certification
  • Trained internal auditors and assisted in internal auditing
